Postage

All silver jewellery will be sent recorded signed for delivery unless specified  recorded next day delivery to ensure quick delivery time after processing. As all silver jewellery is insured to travel if more than one item of jewellery is purchased and placed into one combined package this will increase the insurance required to post.

Therefore Ravenstonz cannot provide combined postage as each individual item of jewellery is listed with the postage required to send that unique piece and combining multiple purchases would requiring combining the postage required to ensure safe and insured travel. For more than one substantial purchase however, Ravenstonz will refund a portion of the postage/

Stock

If we are unfortunately out of stock of an item ordered we will strive to contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any delays that might occur.

As each individual piece of jewellery is handmade and unique designs may vary slightly from the photos.

Complimentary Therapies

All Therapies offered by Ravenstonz are forms of Complimentary Therapies believed to help rebalance the body's natural energies restoring inner harmony and are not to be used solely as an alternative to conventional medicine.

In some cases Therapies may not be advisable due to underlying medical conditions or may need to be altered therefore should only be undertaken after consulting your local G.P

All Complimentary Therapies are a unique and individual experience that may or may not be suited for your needs therefore results may vary from person to person.

Ravenstonz ask that for the benefit of the Therapists and Clients that cancelling an appointment be done at least 24 hours in advance out of courtesy unless in extreme circumstances or emergencies as Ravenstonz are entitled to charge part if not all of the session to you.
